Rosamund McFadden

IBCLC, CEO & Founder of MumPod Company Limited
Rosamund McFadden is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), midwife, and the founder of MumPod Company Limited. Combining her expertise in lactation, maternal health, and design, Rosamund has revolutionised breastfeeding support with innovative lactation pods for parents navigating work and public spaces.

Drawing on her experience as a former Lead Infant Feeding Midwife in the NHS and a working mother of four, Rosamund understands the challenges parents face when balancing breastfeeding with modern life. This insight led her to create MumPod—a network of portable, hygienic lactation pods that provide safe, private spaces for parents to breastfeed or express milk in workplaces, airports, hospitals, and public spaces.
